Welcome to Junior Infants.

The Travelling Minion is waving goodbye to everyone. From myself and the Minion we wish you all the best summer ever!! You guys are fantastic. Well done for all of the hard work since March. We are so proud. See you in September.

Dear Parents/ Guardians,
I hope you and your family are well and safe. Please find tasks below suitable for your child each week. You may have noticed we are now using the Aladdin app to send home work and correspondence. Please note that these are all only suggestions. I do not expect you or your child to have all or any completed as I do not want to add any stress to you or your family during this time. Do not hesitate to get in touch via Aladdin or send an email if you have any queries with regards to the work or if anyone just wants to say a little hello and tell me how they are getting on. I am so disappointed that we will not be returning to school before the end of the summer but know I am missing you all.
Stay Safe,
Ms.Foy

Travelling Minion's Adventures

Picture
Look who me and Ms.McCann managed to rescue from the school yesterday. It's Travelling Minion & Travelling Ted. They were so happy to see us and they had even made their own masks! How cool !! Keep an eye here each day.... you never know what Travelling Minion might get up to now that he's come on his holidays to my house...
Travelling Minion really enjoyed Sports Day today. He played an egg and spoon race (well orange and spoon), danced with Mario, played football and done some gymnastics. He ate some banana's for lunch too. He wanted to try on Archie's hoodie...but Archie was not very happy !! When we wanted to do some sports day activities on the trampoline ...the trampoline was too wet. Instead, I caught him bouncing on the bed. Look at the video below but DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. Such a naughty Minion, bouncing on the bed is very dangerous. He fell asleep straight after, he was so tired. I hope you all had the BEST sports day at home.

The Minion is keeping very busy. He is up to a lot of mischief. He keeps hiding on poor Archie. He also had his own movie night the other day with some popcorn. Such a funny guy!!

Friday May 29th

Hey Guys- so today Travelling Minion decided he wanted a little boogie. He borrowed my speaker and had a little dance around the place. He's pretty tired now after all of his adventures :) Have a great weekend!

TOUR DAY- May 28th

Yay! We had the BEST day today on our virtual tour. Myself and the Travelling Minion loved the Dublin Zoo Web Cams. The giraffes came out to see us. The minion loved the penguins. We all sang The Wheels on the Bus together. My dog Archie wanted to join in too , as you can see. He sat at the back of the bus. We had a lovely picnic together. Again, Archie wanted to join in on the picnic, I think he secretly wanted to eat our lunch. I hope you all had a lovely day on virtual tour. Enjoy the sun :)

Wednesday May 20th - The Travelling Minion had so much fun today. He got to come to my sisters graduation that we had in the garden.  He even made himself a new friend and loved trying on the graduation cap :) Keep an eye for what he is up to next.
