• Mass attended on 8th December, Carol Service on 16th December

• Hot meals discussed

• Cumann na mBunscol and Olympic handball success discussed

• Thanks were expressed to local businesses for donations to the sensory room

• Annual Child Safeguarding Review conducted.

• Board updated on new Safeguarding procedures to be enacted by 31st December 2026

• NCSE correspondence sent to local child care providers

• Staffing update

• Maintenance to gas works on site as per HSA Report to be conducted

• Concern expressed regarding new NCSE SNA guidelines - retention of current SNAs a concern

• Primary Curriculum Framework, Say Yes to Languages - French or ISL, Math’s Curriculum - academic focus of the year

• Emergency Works Application - refused - political reps made

• Student Council - Lunchtime sport’s equipment distribution daily. Elections to be held before mid-term. 

• Assemblies underway - senior and junior assemblies - every 2nd week. 

• Christmas Carol Service 16th December at 12 p.m.

• Policies ratified - Safety, Health and Welfare Statement, Supervision Policy, Child Safeguarding Policy, Fire Evacuation Policy

• Fundraising for sensory room - local businesses that supported to be sent to businesses and listed on school newsletter

• Hot meals update - awaiting vetting for kitchen operatives to return - building works near full completion
